  Ok no doubt food is great here but the service needs improvement. I ordered a pad Thai bowl for lunch to go...I sat there and waited and waited for 30 minutes! The couple who came in after me got their food before me! Seeing that, I came to the guy at the register and told him I have been waiting for 30 minutes for my TOGO food...and he got the nerves to say it has not been 30 minutes. Really?! I was on my lunch break so I KNOW how long I have been waiting for my small bowl of pad Thai. When I was about to show him the time on the receipt he went back to the kitchen and Voila! It was ready to go... I never had the bowls here before and seriously not worth the quantity. There was a lot more rice than the actual noodles...really?! For that long wait for basically a bowl of rice with a small layer of noodles on top? What pissed me off is the guy didn't even have the decency to apologize but rather try to justify himself that it has not been 30 min..ridiculous! Have better customer service next time!

  My friend and I were looking for teriyaki this morning. Google said this place opened at 10. So we drove across town while reading the reviews saying the food is great, but the service is terrible. Funny!!! Cause we get there and the door was wide open so we walk in and start looking at the menu. All of the sudden this horrible woman came freaking out from the back yelling at us that they were not READY yet and we need to get out. At this point it is 10:15 and they open at 10:00 BUT THEY AREN'T READY YET!!! She then proceeded to almost push myself, my friend who is 8 months pregnant and her 2 year old out of the restaurant ( even though we were very willingly leaving on our own because at this point we decided not to wait even though we normally would have no problem waiting). Before we were even all the way out the door she was closing it and locking it. It was very strange and made us very uncomfortable. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL!!! So rude!
